Governance is a different skillset to leadership. There are great Boards out there - I can help you become part of one by refining your processes, ensuring your culture is robust, and making sure you’re focused on the things that take the organisation where it needs to go.

Coaching

Most people are wise, they just don’t have time to think. I can help you figure out the answers that are right for you.

Team coaching

Helping a team function well as a unit - instead of coaching one on one, I work with you, in real time on real work, to work effectively as a unit. Very helpful in situations where a team is stuck, or knows it could be better but isn’t sure how.

I used to be afraid of conflict. Now I help people stay curious so that they can have challenging discussions respectfully and openly. I can help you advocate your own position and understand someone else’s too.
